A Chartered Accountant by profession and has over 30 years of experience with MNCs operating in diverse areas like FMCG, Consumer Durabbles, Logistics and IT. He was instrumental in establishing the contact center in India. He is responsible for strategic planning and finance.

Frank Mendelson- Marketing Director (North America)

Frank J. Mendelson has a strong background in business communications and corporate relations, where he focused on the profitable intersection of business and environmental management. Frank also worked in academia, where he served as director of admissions for the Lally School of Management and Technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York. According to Frank, "Business succeeds or fails on it's customer service. Prashant Rai (Overseas Operations Manager)

A lawyer by profession he is responsible for new client acquisition abroad. Prashant brings on board his sharp analytical and negotiation skills.
